Exercise? Why not play a game instead?

 

Finding exercises difficult, four friends, all computer and software geeks, decided ‘Wouldn’t it be interesting if patients could play their way to recovery?’ They started to build MIRA using the Microsoft Kinect (a mainstream motion sensor camera), to transform conventional exercises into interactive video games, all stored on a clinical software platform.
